Regular Events / Activities

St Enoch’s Presbyterian Church’s regular schedule of events include:

  • Sunday Service and Sunday School: every Sunday at 9:30am

  • Mens Coffee Group: Tuesdays at Mitre 10 on 1066 Cameron Rd at 10:00am. All men welcome. Ring Mike for more details on (07) 578-0192.

  • Women’s Coffee Group: all ladies are invited to join Cynthia and Shona for ladies get together every Tuesday morning between 10-11am at Columbus Café at the Gate Pa shops. Ph Cynthia for more info 544 3053.

  • Have a Go: meets at 9:30am every Wednesday. Everyone is welcome. Please come and join this group of men and women who get together.

  • Spiritual Growth Group: meets every second and fourth Wednesday. For more information contact Jaco (578 3040 / 027 325 9003) for more information.

  • STEWW - St. Enoch's Working (and studying) Women: meet once a month and support each other the rest of the month. For more information contact Anel (544 0644 / 021 268 3064)

Forthcoming Events

This year there will be no Christmas Eve midnight service.

Advent starts on Sunday 29 November. Our Advent services will focus on Simon Peter’s profound statement: “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” (Mat 16:16) Jesus confirmed this insight was revealed to Simon Peter by God!

This will be unpacked over the four advent Sundays:

29/11      Carol Service (Advent 1)                                                              Jesus the Messiah

6/12        Communion   (Advent 2)                                                              Jesus IS the Messiah

13/12      Family Christmas Service (with donkey)

               and acknowledgement of Sunday school children  (Advent 3)    Jesus Son of God

20/12                             (Advent 4)                                                             Jesus Son of the LIVING God


Our Christmas services will look as follows:

25/12      Christmas day service at 10:00

27/12      Service

31/12      New Years Eve service at 17:30

3/1/21     Communion
